1977 Fender Precision Bass

1977 Fender Precision Bass

Oh boy, 70s Fender basses don't come much nicer than this one: directly from its first owner, this bass has been played a lot, but it's also been cared for. It's got only mild wear, sounds like a beast and weighs a surprisingly light 3.95 kg. A true vintage Precision Bass, with everything you'd expect from it, in great shape.

Condition: very good, with light wear for its age. Fully original except for the screws on the covers and thumb rest and one pickguard screw (the metal covers and thumbrest are the originals, but were kept off the  bass for the last 40 years). Fully functional and sounding perfect.

Modifications: It's had a refret

Includes: the original invoice from 1977, a vintage coiled cable that was bought with it (not working properly) and a newer, basic gig bag.
